This is the last post in the “Heathy Habits” series. In addition to the health challenges discussed in previous posts, I have also dealt with these 8 additional health issues.

Cancer and Prostate Challenges
I have a whole chapter in my book, It’s About Time, on cancer. Here, I will cover highlights. Dr. Leonard Coldwell has helped to cure more cancer patients than any other doctor on the planet, there is a seven minute synopsis on YouTube of what he suggests for people to overcome this enormous health challenge.
The American diet is meat and dairy centered, which moves the body acidic. A plant diet moves the body to a more alkaline state. Dr. T. Simoncini in Italy has written a book, Cancer is a Fungus: A Revolution in Tumor Therapy, and a summary of his book is as follows: “On the basis of the scientific considerations in this book which demonstrate that cancer is caused by fungal masses (of the Candida type), sodium bicarbonate is the only useful remedy that is now available for healing the disease.” He also has had great success.
Dr. Batmanghelidj (Dr. B.) has cured patients from cancer with proper hydration. We have discussed his ground-breaking work in Chapter 7 of my book, and proper body hydration and salt are part of Dr. Coldwell’s treatment as well. Dr. B, having found my book report on my original web site, which I put up in 1993, called me and expressed appreciation. When he found out I was a scientist, we visited for about a half hour and became e-mail friends.
He asked me to write up my being healed from my back pain experience, and he planned to put it in his next book. Unfortunately, he passed away before that happened. He told me he planned a class-action law suit against the medical establishment because of the low-salt diet restrictions. The problem is that most people are dehydrated. Being properly hydrated, the right amount of salt in the diet is essential, and a low-salt diet is actually harmful to the health of our cells.
Redox-Signaling-Molecules
The body uses redox-signaling-molecules (RSM) to ascertain if a cell is healthy, needs repair, or needs to be replaced. When we are born, we have 100% of the RSM that we need. As we age and with poor diet and toxic environments, we don’t have enough RSM. Dr. Gary Samuelson was successful in synthesizing these critically needed molecules. A company was formed to make this product available called ASEA. I learned about ASEA in 2011, and have been using it faithfully ever since. I share my experience with ASEA in a free PDF for you to download. Some of those who know of Dr. Samuelson’s work consider it the greatest medical-scientific breakthrough in our lifetime. ASEA has another product, RENU-28 which they say is, “The most advanced anti-aging skin therapy ever brought to market.”
Skin Cancer Problem
In my younger years, I got sunburned too many times. In the last several years, I have cancer-like skin problems, and still do. But I have been using both ASEA and RENU-28 on a regular basis, and have seen several of those problems go away. My brother had several skin cancer issues surgically removed. The Lord designed our bodies to heal, and as we augment those natural processes, we can see the miracles in the Divine design of our marvelous bodies.
Prostate Challenge
In 1978, I had an enlarged prostate problem with two nodules present. Receiving a priesthood blessing and with many of the ideas suggested here for proper diet, herbs, etc. I was, thankfully, able to overcome that challenge.
Homostasis and Being One
In Chapter 4 of my book, It’s About Time, I share from the scriptures that the first law of heaven is the Law of Love, and that it is equivalent to the Law of Obedience, when defined in the Lord’s way. Obedience is keeping the commandments because you want to please God and not because you have to. In that process, you are becoming ONE with God’s mind and will, as the Savior did perfectly. This is exactly what Jesus prayed for for us in John17, that we may be one as He and the Father are one. The Lord has said, “If ye are not one ye are not mine.” (D&C 38:27)
When I was invited to write a paper, give a talk, and chair a panel on the Modified Allan variance in 2015 in St. Petersburg, Russia. I felt to add some appropriate religion to the paper, which they reviewed, and then kindly asked me to remove it. But I knew I would get the review committee to read it, and that was my goal, and to put the original paper on my web site for the world to read. I also wrote a blog article, appropriate to being one with God.
In this paper I derived an equation, which demonstrates how to be one with God. Being one in body, mind, spirit, and heart, and then ONE with God is the direction for the greatest happiness in this life and a fullness of joy in the Eternities. I have found that prayer and asking for direction over the night, and then listening to those early morning impressions is extremely valuable. If we will listen to our bodies and the Spirit, then they will tell our minds what to do. (D&C 8:2-3)
Arteriosclerosis, Arthritis, Constipation problems, and Cancer
For Arteriosclerosis, Arthritis, Constipation problems, and Cancer, asking for the Lord’s help has been our main stay on our part and on the part of others. Often, the Lord uses others to bless our lives and provide suggestions for healing paths. All four of these problems were partially solved by moving to a more plant based and raw food diet. We have learned since that there are healthy fats that the body needs and bad fats, which are in almost all processed foods, that we definitely need to avoid. We have learned that arthritis responds extremely well to wheat-grass juice, which is one of the most alkaline foods you can consume. We mix 2 oz of wheat grass juice with the juice of several other vegetables, of your choice, to make about a 6 oz drink. Getting good wheat now days is a challenge because of the Round-Up problem.
Exercise and Stress
Some say that excess stress is the main cause of all most all diseases. Because of its importance in how to deal with stress, I have a whole chapter on it in my book. I have found that Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa’s book, Brain Longevity, is one of the best on this important topic. He gives a simple and very effective way to deal with stress. In addition, back in 2004 I made an extensive book report on his ground-breaking work:

Mountain biking is my big thing. I overcame my knee problems from a football injury and from excess jogging by biking. It is great exercise for your knees, your hips, and for your eyes in the case of mountain biking. It summarizes my eighty-years of learning; I believe you will learn something of value every time you listen to it.
